Lost Monuments of Lucknow

The book is a prized possession for thos who have academic and tourist interest in Lucknow's history. The book deals with nearly 500 monuments and historical sites of Lucknow belonging to the period between 11 and 19 century that have now been lost. The monuments and historical sites are chronologically presented. They are sercular and religious and a good number of them are related to the mutiny of 1857-1858 in which Lucknow played a very significant and major role.
