About the craft: Ajrak, also known as Ajrakh, is a unique form of blockprinting found mostly in Sindh, Pakistan and Ajrakhpur village in Kutch district of Gujarat, India. The Ajrak saris display special designs and patterns made using block printing by stamps. Sindhi people also present it as gesture of hospitality to their guests. Ajrak craft products are made with natural dyes. It has now become increasingly popular amongst block print lovers.
Product care: The fabric is sustainable and requires low maintenance. It can be cold washed using mild detergents. May be subject to minor color bleeding. Rinse separately for the initial 2-3 washes.
